This Privacy Notice explains what data the contact form collects, why it is collected and how long it is kept.
Data collected: name or contact name, email address, optional phone number, optional website or domain, request details, selected service, preferred contact method, IP address, user agent, timestamp, language preference and the consent record.
Why it is collected: the data is used to review the request, to understand the scope and provider needs, and to respond through the contact details provided. IP address and user agent are recorded for security, abuse prevention and record purposes.
How long it is kept: contact form data is kept for 12 months and then removed.
Who it is shared with: the data is not sold. Where a confirmed scope requires infrastructure, only the information necessary for that task may be shared with the relevant external provider, which acts under its own terms.
Payment data: the site does not collect card numbers, banking passwords or sensitive payment credentials.
Your rights: you may request information about the data related to your submission, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be removed before the retention period ends, using the contact address below.

This site uses only essential storage. A session is used for form security, including the CSRF token. A rate-limit record is used to prevent form abuse. A language preference may be stored in your browser to remember your language choice.

The contact form is the main function of this site. The details you enter are stored so the request can be reviewed.
Stored data includes the form fields, IP address, user agent, timestamp, language and the consent record. Submissions are kept for 12 months and then removed.
The site does not send email automatically and does not collect payment data. A response may be sent through the contact details you provide.
Payment details are shared only after the requested scope is reviewed. Depending on the confirmed scope, payment may be made through IBAN/bank transfer, CepBank, easy address transfer or payment link. The website does not collect card numbers, banking passwords or sensitive payment credentials.
Third-party bank or payment provider rules, delays, fees or interruptions are outside Grau's control.
Domain, hosting, SSL and server resources may be arranged through external providers where required. The work is not limited to resale; it covers selection, configuration, alignment with the confirmed scope and handover.

Once delivery is complete, the confirmed scope is considered met. Changes made after delivery — including customer changes, third-party interference, panel or DNS changes, code tampering, unauthorised edits or later modifications — are outside the original scope.
Issues that result from such changes are not covered by the original scope. Further work, maintenance or support requires a separate written scope.
In relation to the data stored from a contact form submission, you may request information about the data related to your submission, request correction of inaccurate data, or request removal of the data before the retention period ends.
